FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device to protect buildings and structures with the help of damaged elements of structures comprises a blast chamber, in the upper base of which there is a hole covered with a blast-relief element, the area of the hole may change by screwing replaceable rings, and the blast-relief element covers a hole in the ring, above which a protective screen is fixed, besides, the second hole is covered by a valve, which is pressed to the hole with the help of an electromagnet and is opened by a spring as contacts open, and the force of valve pressing and spring pressing is set so that the total force is equal to the permissible pressure multiplied by the area of the valve opening. Besides, the blast-relief element is made in the form of an ant-explosive panel, which comprises a metal armoured frame with a metal armoured lining and a filler - lead, having in ends four fixed nozzles-supports, and in the cover of the explosive object there are four support rods embedded, which are telescopically inserted into fixed nozzles-supports of the panel, at the same time the filler is made in the form of a disperse system - air-lead, besides, lead is made as crumbs, and support rods are made resilient, at the same time to the ends of support rods, at the side facing the metal frame, there are additional elements fixed, damping action of the impact wave, which are made of elastomer, for instance, polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection of buildings, structures, and also process equipment against explosions by increasing speed and reliability of actuation with the help of damaged elements of structures and assessment of efficiency of blast-relief barrier explosion-proof devices in emergency mode at the object and provision of return of these structures into initial position after explosion.
