FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device of the opening size selection for a relief constructional element and its weight, designed to protect buildings and structures against explosions contains an explosive chamber, in the top base of which there is an opening, overlapped by the relief element, the opening area can be changed by screwing of interchangeable rings, and the relief element overlaps the opening in the ring over which the shield is fixed, besides, the second opening is overlapped by means of a valve which is pressed against the opening by means of electromagnet and is opened by a spring at contacts opening, and the force of the valve pressing and the spring compression is set so that the total force is equal to the permitted pressure multiplied by an area of the valve opening. Besides, the relief element comprises a metal armoured frame with a metal armoured plating and a filler - lead, having at the ends four fixed pipes - supports, and four support rods are tightly sealed in the covering of an explosive object; they are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipes - supports of the panel, moreover the filler is made in the form of a disperse system "air-lead", besides the lead is shaped in the form of crumbs, and the supporting rods are made elastic. It also comprises elastic deformation breaking elements of a single action, which are mounted on the support rods to sheets-retainers via the damping base by means of screws and a bushing of a single action is attached with screws to the base coaxially to the rod via the flange; it is made of a brittle, crumbling material, such as porcelain. An elastic part of the breaking element is designed in the form of at least three plate springs, facing with their convex part towards the axis of the rod, on which there is a threaded area for fastening the clamping element of a sleeve type with grooves for fixing one of the ends of the plate springs and the other end is fixed in the damping base by means of injection polyurethane.
EFFECT: upgrading efficiency of protection of buildings, structures, process equipment against explosions by increasing the speed and reliability of operation by means of breaking constructional elements and evaluating effectiveness of the relief enclosing explosion-proof devices in an emergency mode at the facility, assurance of return of these structures into the initial position after explosion.
