SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, bulb onions, paprika, tomatoes and cucumbers cutting and blanching, ham cutting, rice cooking till double weight increase, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with salt and mustard, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
