FIELD: production of canned goods from meat and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: Fresh cabbage and onion are shredded and frozen; paprica, tomato and cucumber are cut and frozen; ham is cut; rice is cooked up to double volume increasing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate and mustard. Mixture is pre-packed with mayonnaise in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
