SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, potatoes and calamaries cutting and blanching, beet-roots and carrots blanching and cutting, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, brined cucumbers, bulb onions, spring onion and greens cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with acetic acid, sugar, salt and black hot pepper, the produced mixture and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
