FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over integrity of railway shipment. Proposed device comprises TV vision device to cover rolling stock tanks, monitor, sensor of tank position of the TV device in the frame, TV picture recorder, switchboard, picture composer, video signal adder, adjustment unit, gage rule arranged vertically nearby the track outside the railroad clearance. Note here that NV device is arranged relative to the track so that its optical axis is located at the angle to tank centre line in vertical and horizontal planes. Here, said tank is located entirely in its coverage. Note that TV device output is connected to switchboard input while via recorder unit is connected with switchboard second input. Recorder control input is connected with the tank position sensor. Switchboard output is connected via video signal adder with monitor input. Note here that video signal adder second input is connected with composer output, its input being connected with adjustment unit output.
EFFECT: higher precision of measurement.
