FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibroisolator comprises case, base, spring top and bottom stroke limiters made of elastomer and threaded bush to couple said spring with the body to be damped. Said case is rigidly coupled with the base composed by round centre pad. Cylindrical spring stroke bottom limiter with cylinder-taper bore rests on centre plate. Spring interacts with top and bottom stroke limiters via the lower thrust barrel and top external spring cover rigidly connected with said threaded bush. Case top part is connected with cover. Damper is secured to case base with the help of upper pressure plate. Said damper comprises gauze elastic element to be locked by upper and lower plates to rest on the base. Said base is composed by the plate with mounting holes. Lower plate is connected with the base. Upper pressure plate is connected with central ring clamped by coaxial ring connected with the base.
EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode, simplified design and assembly.
