FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibroinsulator comprises a body, a base in the form of a round step-bearing, a spring and a threaded bushing, connecting the spring with a vibration-insulated object. Lower and upper limiters of the spring stroke are made of elastomer. In the axial hole of the lower limiter of the spring stroke there are two additional damping elements, one of which has the shape of a cylindrical-conical bushing and is made of polyurethane, and the other one is located inside the first one, has cylindrical shape and is made as elastic and meshed. Inside the spring there is an additional damper in the form of an elastic meshed element. The spring comprises a body made of a helical hollow elastic steel tube. Inside the body there is an additional elastic steel tube installed with a clearance. In gaps between tubes there is a friction element from polyethylene having high coefficient of thermal expansion compared to steel. Surfaces of the body and additional elastic steel tube contact with surfaces of friction elements. Coaxially to the body there is a helical solid elastic rod. Friction elements are made tubular.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration insulation.
