FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator comprises a body, a base, a spring, upper and lower spring limiters made of an elastomer, and a thread bushing connecting the spring and the vibroinsulated object. The body is rigidly connected with the base presented in the form of a round thrust. The lower cylindrical spring limiter with an axial cylinder-conical bore rests against the thrust. The spring interacts with upper and lower limiters through a lower bearing cup and an upper spring-embracing cover which is rigidly connected to the thread bushing. The cover comprises the upper cylindrical spring limiter presented in the form of a linear bushing enclosing the cover from above. The thread bushing comprises a screw for spring connection with the vibroinsulated object. The body in an upper portion is coupled with the cover on an end surface of which there is an elastic dynamic object limiter made of an elastomer. The cover comprises an axially perpendicular hole for injection of a ductile lubricant, e.g. solid oil, into the system.
EFFECT: improved vibration isolation efficiency and design simplification.
