The attraction comprises support racks which upper parts are connected to the central axis on which the central beam is mounted with the ability of rotation around the central axis, the opposite ends of the central beam are connected on one side with the arcuate ridge, and on the other side - with a counterweight, at least one cabin for passengers is mounted on the arcuate ridge, the attraction is provided with at least one actuator mounted with the ability to interact with the ridge, at that the counterweight is made in the form of an arcuate ridge, the actuator is mounted with the ability to interact alternately with each ridge, the outer radii of the ridges are equal, the actuator of the attraction is made reverse.

EFFECT: extension of range of technical means of the attractions-swings, reduction in energy consumption, improvement of dynamics of rotation due to ensuring uniformity of rotation, enhanced functional capabilities.
