SUBSTANCE: big wheel consists of a support, stationary and rotary parts installed thereon, trusses connected to each other with horizontal axes, and a wheel with passenger cabins. Each cabin consists of an external frame fixed in the wheel external ring, and an internal frame with equipment meant for relaxation and overlooking. Stationary part consists of two supports made in the form of plinths installed on the foundation, and on plinths there installed are trusses. At least two trusses are made in the form of tubular sectional columns located on feet.
