SUBSTANCE: observation wheel contains basis on which the following elements are mounted: at least, one stationary support and the other support installed on the last rotary part, frames and wheel with passenger cabins. Each cabin is comprised of an external frame and internal frame with seats and suspension bracket. The stationary part of the wheel is comprised of, at least, three supports with two of them being implemented as a pedestal. The said pedestal is mounted on the basis as a substructure. The stationary part also includes frames as a tubular sectional supports, Y-shaped supports provided with a basis underneath, stretching element for stability. The latter element is comprised of two pre-stressing cables linked by the anchor stability units embedded into the basis.
EFFECT: improved production effectiveness.
