SUBSTANCE: easily openable and reclosable package comprises a package containing discrete laminate material comprising a tape which comprises a base strip coated with a contact adhesive and a panel section having a die-cut element defining the die-cut segment where the panel section is glued with the contact adhesive to the base strip; the discrete laminate material attached to the first side panel; and the product in the package. The die-cut segment is located in relation to the contact adhesive so that when the package is opened it can be closed again by bonding any of the first side panel, second side panel, and the panel section to the contact adhesive.
