FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: stop block, a punch in the form of a two-sided comb unit with staggered teeth, a spring-loaded blank holder are rigidly fixed on the upper plate of a stamping unit. A stationary die, a movable die and a spring-loaded shedder are rigidly fixed on the lower plate. The stop block interacts with the spring-loaded blank holder fitted by a one-side comb unit and a hole for the punch. The spring-loaded shedder in the form of a two-sided comb unit with staggered teeth is installed in the hole of the stationary die. Working part of the movable die is made as a one-side comb unit and a two-sided comb unit with its teeth being staggered, and a groove is provided between the said comb units. The spring-loaded shedder interacts with the stationary die on one side and with the movable die - on the other side. In relation to the stationary die the movable die and the spring-loaded shedder are set at the height of a tooth of the corrugation being produced, the lower plate is fitted by holes for shedders interacting with the movable die on one side and with a press buffer on the other side.

EFFECT: simplified design and upgraded quality of produced corrugations.
