FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: one of the parts of the matrix on the workpiece feeding side is fixed, and the second one is movable and spring-loaded. The moving part of the matrix has calibration and working zones. The calibration zone is made in the form of a groove in its central part, and the working part has an L-shaped working profile and geometry corresponding to the first half of the subsequent corrugation. The working face of the fixed part of the matrix is vertically arranged. At that, the gap between the vertical plane of the stationary working part of the matrix and the vertical working plane of the forming punch is equal to the thickness of the initial sheet blank, and the spring force of the movable part of the matrix is determined according to the dependence indicated in the claim.
EFFECT: increased quality of corrugated products.
