SUBSTANCE: output and third group of outputs of a secondary processing unit are respectively connected to the input of a laser transmitter and a first group of inputs of a code comparing unit, the output and second group of inputs of which are respectively connected to the first input of a coincidence element and a group of outputs of a laser range-finder, also connected to a group of inputs of a laser radiation control unit, having an output connected to the second input of the coincidence element, the output of which is connected to the input of a continuous high-power laser, rigidly connected to a tracking platform.
EFFECT: enabling striking of a comet or bolide owing to use of a continuous high-power laser, a code comparing unit, a laser radiation control unit and a coincidence element.
