SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of ICE off-gas. ICE off-gas flow (2) cleaner (1) comprises at least ioniser (4), agglomerator (6) and catalytically active radial-flow cellular element (14). Said element (14) covers outlet pipeline channel (8) wherein off-gas flow deflects from said channel when agglomerated solid particles are retained in catcher (18) arranged in said channel (8). This invention covers the off-gas cleaning process and vehicle incorporating abode described device.

EFFECT: decreased harmful emissions, compact design, possibility to integrate off-gas heat recovery system.
