SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation, in particular, to medical instrumentation. The device is a quadrupole magnet unit (1, 2, 3, 4) to provide for different gradient of the magnetic field on the sensor surface at the bottom of a unit, for example, a cartridge or a chamber, for the placement of a liquid sample in the biosensor in order to control the sample particles. Also, under the sensor surface a detector for particles accumulated on and/or near the sensor surface is installed, for example, an optic detector based on frustrated total internal reflection (FTIR).
