FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to laboratory diagnostics and can be used to determine available analyte and its amount in biological liquids. Biosensor system (1) includes biosensor cartridge (30), the first magnetic biosensor assembly (10) containing two magnetic sub-units (20a, 20b), each of which has core (22a, 22b) with upper surface (24a, 24b), separated with gap (25). Touch-sensitive surface (31) formed with biosensor cartridge (30) is located above upper surfaces (24a, 24b) of cores (22a, 22b). Two sub-units (20a, 20b) are designed for generation of magnetic field between the first sub-unit (20a) and the second sub-unit (20b) with power magnetic field lines parallel to touch-sensitive surface (31) to apply forces to magnetic particles (2) in cartridge (30) parallel to touch-sensitive surface (31). Cores (22a, 22b) of sub-units (20a, 20b) include upper surface formed above cores, which have inclined sections (26a, 26b). The group of inventions also relates to an activation method of magnetic particles (2) by generation of the magnetic field in the above biosensor system (1).
EFFECT: group of inventions allows improving accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
