FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: exploding proof comprises a metal armoured frame with metal armoured jacketing and filling - lead and has at the ends four fixed pipes-supports, and in the cover of the explosive object four support rods are tightly sealed, that are telescopically inserted into the fixed pipes-supports of the panel, and the filler is made in the form of disperse system air-lead, at that the lead is made in the form of crumbs, and the support rods are made elastic. Additionally the panel comprises elastically dampening breaking elements of a single action, which are mounted on the support rods to the sheets-stops via the damping base with the screws, and the base, coaxially to the rod, is rigidly attached to the sleeve made in the form of a truncated cone with its lower base of the truncated cone is connected to the base, and to the upper base of the truncated cone the element of single action rests, made in the form of a sleeve of a brittle, breaking material, e.g. porcelain, which is pressed from below by the clamping sleeve-type element with grooves for fixing the elastic part of the breaking element, made in the form of a conical spring, facing with its upper base towards the clamping sleeve-type element, and the lower base of the conical spring is fixed in the grooves of the damping base by means of cast polyurethane, and fixing the clamping sleeve-type element is carried out by means of clips mounted on the rod surface.
EFFECT: improving reliability of actuation of exploding proof devices in case of emergency explosion at the facility and ensuring the return of these structures to its initial position after the explosion.
