FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: in explosion-proof panel comprising a metal armoured frame with a metal armoured coating and filler - lead, having at the ends the four motionless pipe-supports. In the coating of the explosive object four support rods are tightly sealed, which are telescopically inserted in the motionless pipe-supports of the panel, the filler is made in the form of the dispersion system air-lead, at that the lead is made in the form of crumbs, and the support rods are formed elastic, and also additionally comprises resiliently dampened breakable disposable elements which are mounted on the support rods to the sheets-stops through the damping base connected by the screws to the flange sleeve located coaxially, the upper flange of which is connected to the damping base and the lower - to the clamping element of sleeve type with grooves for fixing one of the ends of the elastic element made in the form of a conical spring, the other end of which rests in the cup with a central hole in which the rod is located coaxially, and on the outer surface of the flange sleeve the safety sleeve is mounted coaxially to the rod, made of brittle, breakable material such as porcelain, and the cup is also made of brittle, breakable material, such as porcelain, and its shell is attached to the clamping element by the screws.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of actuation of explosion-proof devices in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and ensuring the return of these structures to the initial position after the explosion.
