SUBSTANCE: method involves parsley roots, bulb onions and carrots (in an amount of 1% of the total quantity) cutting, sauteing in melted butter and straining, potatoes and cucumbers cutting and blanching, the remaining carrots blanching and cutting, lettuce and parsley greens cutting and freezing, rabbit meat cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, sugar, salt, black hot pepper and laurel leaf, the produced mixture and yoghurt packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
