SUBSTANCE: method involves chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, potatoes cutting and blanching, part of carrots blanching and cutting, parsley roots, bulb onions and the remaining carrots cutting, sauteing in margarine and straining, lettuce ad parsley greens cutting and freezing, rabbit meat cutting, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with yoghurt, tomato paste, sugar, salt, black hot pepper and laurel leaf, the produced mixture and bone broth packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
