SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, browning in melted butter and straining carrots, parsley roots and raw onions, cutting and blanching potatoes and cucumbers, cutting and freezing lettuce and parsley green, cutting rabbit meat, browning wheat flour in melted butter, mixing the listed components with tomato paste, sugar, salt, calcium gluconate, hot black pepper and bay leaves under oxygen-free conditions, packing the obtained mixture and bone broth and yoghurt, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
