FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrodynamic nozzle for diesel fuel with pressure-release control valve with solenoid drive contains a casing with channels, one channel communicates with the space below needle of the injector nozzle while the other channel by means of a filling flow-metering valve communicates with a hydraulic locking chamber equipped with a drain channel with a solenoid valve installed in it. Between the hydraulic locking chamber and the drain channel there is a bypass group which regulating component is connected rigidly to the needle and there is an auxiliary channel with a draining flow-metering valve. Before flow section of the control valve there is an auxiliary flow-metering valve, which flow section f3 is coupled to the flow section f1 of the filling flow-metering valve that feeds the fuel to the hydraulic locking chamber, and to the flow section f2 of the draining flow-metering valve installed in the auxiliary channel between the hydraulic locking chamber and draining channel with the following ratios - 1.2 ≥ f3/f1 ≥ 1.1, 0.5 ≥ f3/f2 ≥ 0.45. The injector nozzle needle is spring-controlled and is deformed preliminary thus ensuring the force applied to the area of the needle cross-section within the limits of 7…11 MPa.
EFFECT: potential injection of fuel under high and super-high pressure with maintenance of control over fuel supply.
