SUBSTANCE: method involves inserting acupuncture needles. That is ensured by using acupuncture needle No. 3, 4 or 5 depending on the size of the involved joint. The needles are inserted directly into the joint through the joint cavity. The needles are inserted along the perimeter of the joint space completely perpendicular to the joint axis in a quantity from 5 to 30 needles. A resting procedure length is 5-30 minutes. The therapeutic course is 1-10 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides the exudate recovered by the lymphatic system to pass into the subcutaneous fat, promotes the cartilaginous neogenesis and gain of the joint motion.
