FIELD: medicine, manual therapy, surgery, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: treatment is conducted by applying fingers in projection of articular slit of a knee joint from the most painful side, then pressure is conducted upon this area with increasing effort at simultaneous swinging a joint along bending axis to perform traction of a limb. Moreover, such an impact is conducted till painful syndrome begins to decrease. EFFECT: higher efficiency to avoid traumatization of meniscuses, to shorten therapy course.
