FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopaedics.
SUBSTANCE: treatment of degenerative-dystrophic arthropathy is ensured with arthral metaphysis tunnelling using Kirschner's wires. Two wires are inserted perpendicularly to one bone axes with two wires inserted perpendicularly to the other bone axes, then fixed in semiannular support of Ilizarov's external fixator. For the third day, Kirschner's wires are exposed to daily vibration at frequency 50 Hz and amplitude 0.5 mm 3 times a day within 10-15 mines during 30 days.
EFFECT: restored joint function, lower injury number, lower postoperative complications, reduced treatment time.
