SUBSTANCE: wearable absorbent product 1 comprises a front panel 2A, a back panel 2B, an absorbent kit 3 and two lateral tight joints 4. The back panel 2B comprises a back lengthening portion 21b extending downwards from the lateral tight joints 4. The absorbent kit 3 comprises an elongated absorbent element 33 and two lateral sheet portions 34 arranged in the transversal direction outside from the respective edges of the absorbent element 33 and forming two lateral gatherings 34c, in at least a perineal portion C of the product 1. Each lateral sheet portion 34 has an unattached zone 34N not attached to the back lengthening portion 21b at its zone covering the back panel and arranged closer to the perineal portion C. Elastic elements 36 forming the lateral gatherings 34c extend in the unattached zone so that the lateral sheet portion 34 can also possess elastic properties in the unattached zone.
