FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to absorbing product, such as disposable diaper or sanitary napkin. Absorbing product 1 includes absorbing element 3 and external covering element 2. External covering element 2 has anterior section A, perineal section C and posterior section B and includes external sheet 21 and internal sheet 22 and elastic elements 23. External covering element 2 has located near belt gathers, formed from composite stretchable panel in its located below belt part D. Composite stretchable panel has external and internal sheets 21, 22, connected in connection places, located discretely in direction of its stretching and in direction, perpendicular to it. Elastic elements 23 pass in such a way that they do not pass through connection places, elastic elements 23 are not fixed to external and internal sheets in any place but their both ends. External and internal sheets 21, 22 form gathers, continuously spreading above multitude of elastic elements 23. Belt part F of external covering element 2 has smaller expressed in percent, relative elongation on its medial in lateral direction section, than on the other sections from both sides from medial section.
EFFECT: increase of product efficiency.
