SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a pull-up absorbent product and a method for making it. A product comprises front and back outer coating elements and an absorbent kit, two side impermeable seams. Each of the front and back outer coating elements has a constant crosswise size on their lengthwise length, and they are longer as compared to the side impermeable seams in the longitudinal direction, and has a elongating portion extending downward from the side impermeable seams. The elongating portion of the front and/or back outer coating element have a rubber-reinforced area extensible and compressible transversally in the crosswise area to the outside of each side edge of the absorbent kit. The side edge of the elongating portion of the front outer coating element and the side edge of the elongating portion of the back outer coating element from each side of the product are separated from each other towards the front side and the back side to form downwardly concave edge line along the user's leg periphery.
