FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package for food products having the form or shape of tile, in particular for bar of chocolate. The package (1) is provided with a rectangular base (2), two side elements (3) located on opposite sides of the rectangular base (2), separated from the base by fold lines and fold inwardly along the fold lines. Each of the first and second elements (4.1, 4.2) of the lid is located on one of two different opposite sides of the rectangular base, separated from the latter by the fold lines, in the folded state they are overlapped partly by two side elements. The first element (4.1) of the lid has the V-shaped perforation (6) by which the valve can be separated from the area (9) of fixation. The area (9) of fixation is intended for operative connection in the folded state to the second opposite element (4.2) of the lid using the adhesive connection points. The second element of the lid has an opening into which the reed valve (8) can be inserted for repeated closing of the package.

EFFECT: invention provides mechanical strength of the package, protects the product during transportation as well as after opening, the packaging is convenient in use.
