SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for dispensing paper or nonwoven sheets (30), which includes housing (10), having side wall (12) and hole (33) for dispensing sheets, cover (11) pivotally attached to housing (12) and having side wall (17), cover (11) can turn relative to housing between closed position, at least, partially covering sheets (30) and open position, which provides access to sheets (30), wherein side wall (12) and side wall (17) of cover are located at same level in closed cover (11) and face each other in open position of cover (11). Device comprises first and second connection elements (27, 28), one of which is located on cover (11), and other is placed on housing (10), wherein first and second connecting elements (27, 28) interact in open position of cover (11) for rigid attachment of cover (11) to housing (10) so that dispensing device is stably placed on horizontal surface (h) in open position of cover (11) with side wall (12) of housing located at an angle to horizontal surface (4).
EFFECT: by means of angular orientation, it is easier to use of device with one hand, thereby observing hygienic conditions.
