SUBSTANCE: invention related to preparation of a beverage from beverage concentrate located inside the vessel; the device a stand (1) for support of the vessel (13), a plate (2) positioned vertical relative to the stand and containing at least four outlet nozzles (4) for supply of a liquid jet (A) into the vessel (13). Liquid supply means (6) are connected to the outlet nozzles (4). At least two outlet nozzles (4) are intended for directing the liquid jet (A3, A4) onto the inner side wall (13b) of the vessel (13) and are positioned at varied angles (α) relative to the vertical; at least two outlet nozzles (4) are intended for directing the liquid jet (A1, A2) onto the lower section (13a) of the vessel (13) and are positioned at varied angles (β) relative to the vertical.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of solid material dissolution at the container bottom.
