FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: two shells, between which a solution is moved, are rolled over in a pipeline. Initially, the strips are formed in the solution layer, and then the first shell along the coating is removed from the pipeline. After solidification of the solution, the second shell is rolled out of the pipeline and the next shell is rolled over synchronously with it, and a new portion of the solution is moved between the two shells. The first shell is removed from the pipeline along the coating and the solution residues are removed from the pipeline. Then, the second shell is left in the pipeline under pressure of the fluid agent and rolled out of the pipeline after the solution solidification. The device consists of two shells, solution feed systems and a fluid agent. One shell is made of a sleeve on the outer surface of which the longitudinal strips are made. The sleeve is laid in loops in a chamber connected to the pipeline. The shell end is bent, attached along the perimeter of the chamber and passes through the tore installed in the chamber. A cavity formed by bent areas of the sleeve is connected to the feeding system of the fluid agent. The second shell, forming a cavity between the shells and the walls of the pipeline connected to the solution feeding system, is installed in front of the shell in the pipeline.
