FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for production of bored piles in weak soils. Bored pile manufacturing method includes drilling or piercing of well, lowering of reinforcement frame into it, filling of borehole with hardening material and compaction and damping of borehole into soil, wherein to the reinforcement bars and the upper reinforcement ring the cylinder is fixed, in which the shell is installed, in which the torus is filled, which is filled with the fluid agent, wherein the shell has cavities formed by folded sections of the shell, wherein the ends of the shell are bent and tightly fixed along the perimeter of the toroid, a hammer with a tip is installed inside the shell, a fluid agent is supplied to one of the cavities and removed from the other cavity. Shell starts rolling in the cylinder, wherein the shell presses on the hardening material in the longitudinal and radial directions and presses it into the ground, wherein the filament and the torus contract the hammer and move it down, at that, the tip presses on the hardening material in the longitudinal and radial directions, the hardening material is compacted and impinged with the reciprocating movement of the shell and the hammer, as the hardening material is compacted, if necessary, it is added, after compaction of hardening material, the device is removed from the reinforcement frame and hardening material is added to the well till complete filling. Before the striker, a leader is installed in the well, which is buried by periodic striker strokes on the pile to the leader, is additionally pressed into the ground by unfolding the hose laid along the perimeter of the hose; at that, the hose is unfolded by feeding hardening material into the cavities equipped with hose sleeves.

EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of the pile for action of vertical and horizontal loads, reduction of the prime cost of the pile manufacturing.
