FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used at measuring of surface temperature in the area of laser impact. Spectral lines of surface heat emission recording by a pyrometer and spectral bands of surface heat emission recording by a video camera and spectral lines of illumination source radiation are placed in the spectral passband of a galvoscanner on both sides of the laser radiation spectral line in its close proximity. A device comprises a galvoscanner with a lens, an optical pyrometer and a video camera with an objective as well as a rotary mirror with elliptic area in the centre with coating providing for 100% reflection at the laser wave length or an elliptic hole, and the mirror periphery zone has either high transmission in the area of the spectrum beyond the laser radiation band or wide-band reflection coating.
EFFECT: invention provides for complete monitoring of surface in the area of laser impact with minimal error when mass production optic equipment is used.
