FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely ophthalmology. A magnetic component of a diffuse bioelectric brain activity is recorded. A spectral analysis is performed. What is used is a complex of symptoms involving envelope amplitudes of the spectrum of the right and left hemisphere functions expressed in relative units, and a difference thereof relevant to the spinal axis distribution of a tonic activity of alpha-adnerergic and M-cholinergic receptor system functions. The complex of symptoms includes the functions F2-4 of the alpha-adnerergic receptor system of arterial vessels, F3-3 of the alpha-adnerergic receptor system of venous vessels and F6-2 of the M-cholinergic receptor system of parasympathetic nervous system with monitoring the central nervous system (CNS) segments C4-5, C4-6 and C7-Th1. Both eyes are photostimulated with flashes with a frequency of 6.95 to 13.5 Hz, exposure time is 5 s. If observing the abnormal functions depending on a position of the CNS segment, the involved eye elements are localised, and a nature of the pathological process is diagnosed.
EFFECT: technique enables instant diagnosis and early detection of the pathology.
