SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to functional-topical diagnostics and can be used for pancreatitis diagnostics. Patient's examination is carried out, for examination, method of computer dermography is used, which includes scanning of electrophysiological parametres of at least 183 microzones of skin of both auricles and computer processing of measurements with output of their results in form of graphs of basic functions of tonic activity distribution along spinal axis of systems of adrenoreceptors of unstriped muscles of viscera (F1), arterial link of microcirculatory channel of viscera (F2), venous link of microcirculatory channel of viscera (F3), system of receptors of connective tissue and nervous tissue (F4), M-cholinoreceptors of epithelial tissue of viscera (P5), as symptomocomplex, complex of graphs including graph of subfunction of distribution of tonic activity of a-adrenoreceptors of unstriped muscles of pancreas ducts (F1"(L)) and graph of subfunction of distribution of tonic activity of a-adrenoreceptors of unstriped muscles of pancreas arterial net (F2"(L)) and graph of subfunction of distribution of tonic activity of a-adrenoreceptors of unstriped muscles of pancreas venous net (F3"(L)) and graph of subfunction of distribution of tonic activity of hemoreceptors of pancreas connective tissue (F4"(L)) and graph of subfunction of distribution of tonic activity of M-cholinoreceptors of unstriped muscles of pancreas ducts (F5-2(R)) and graph of subfunction of distribution of tonic activity of M-cholinoreceptors of glandular excretory cells of pancreas epithelium (F5-2(L)), diagnosis pancreatitis and its stage are determined by calculation of quantitative value in zone of chest segments Th6-Th11, graph of at least one of said subfunctions, and if subfunction value is found F2"(L)<0.5 average values of electric resistance of skin, constriction of arterial vessels and/or insufficiency of arterial blood supply and/or pancreas ischaemia are diagnosed, if subfunction value is found to be F5-2(L)>2.0 average values of electric resistance of skin, reduction of excretory enzymatic function is diagnosed, if it is found that subfunction value F3"(L)>2.0 average values of electric resistance of skin, venous vessels dilatation and/or haemostasia and/or edema, if it is found that subunction value F4"(L)>2.5 average values of electric resistance of skin, inhibition of connective tissue function and/or increase of dystrophic processes and/or hardening, if it is found that subfunction value F1"(L)<0.5 average values of electric resistance of skin, strengthening of unstriped muscles of gland ducts and/or inhibition of peristalsis is diagnosed, if it is found that subfunction value F5-2(R)<0.5 mean values of electric resistance of skin, increase of kinesis of unstriped muscles of gland ducts and/or spastic effects are diagnosed.

EFFECT: method ensures possibility of non-invasive diagnosing of pancreatitis with estimation of blood flow and excretory function of pancreas with high accuracy, including conditions of mass clinic examination (screening) of population, duration of diagnostics procedure not exceeding 3-5 minutes.
