FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to diagnostic methods; it can be used for assessment of a condition of a human body. Registration and spectral analysis of bioelectric activity of the brain are carried out by acoustic-encephalography (hereinafter – AEG) with subsequent processing of measurement results with the calculation of a criterion for quantitative assessment of the condition of the human body. AEG sensors are installed in the temporoparietal region of left and right hemispheres of the brain. Micro-vibrations of the head are recorded with a recording time of 160 sec in a frequency band from 0.13 to 27 Hz, then, spectral analysis is performed with the allocation of 12,600 frequency harmonics for each hemisphere, while dividing the spectrum into 5 frequency sections: 13.5-27 Hz, 6.9-13.5 Hz, 3.4-6.9 Hz, 1.7-3.4 Hz, 0.13-1.7 Hz. Moreover, a weighting coefficient (Si) for each frequency section is respectively equal to: 2, 5, 7, 6, 3. A value of asymmetry of amplitudes of envelopes of the spectrum of right and left hemispheres is calculated for each frequency section. Amplitudes of envelopes of the spectrum of right and left hemispheres obtained for each section are summed up and multiplied by the weighting coefficient (Si). Then, the search for decentralization zones is carried out by counting a number of spectral harmonics (h) with minimum values (m) of the amplitude of the spectrum in both hemispheres, where m ≤ 0.05, which is multiplied by a weighting factor So = 0.35 and added to the resulting sum of amplitudes of the envelope spectrum. An individual health index (hereinafter – IHI) is obtained. If IHI = 1.2-3.0 units, the human body is healthy with normal development and balanced functions. If IHI is 3.1-3.9 units, the human body is healthy with functional abnormalities, reduced body resistance. If IHI is 4.0-4.9 units, the human body is healthy at a stage of compensation for chronic diseases, functional capabilities of the body are preserved. If IHI is 5.0-5.4 units, patients are at a stage of subcompensation for chronic diseases, functional capabilities of the body are reduced. If IHI is 5.5-6.0 units, patients have an exacerbation of the disease, functional capabilities of the body are significantly reduced. If IHI is 6.1-8.0, patients are at risk of development of cancer.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of assessment of the determination of a condition of a human body, including inflammatory processes and oncological diseases due to determination of IHI.
