SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting, chicken fillet cutting and frying in vegetable oil, potatoes cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, cilantro greens cutting and freezing, fresh green peas freezing, tofu and brined cucumbers cutting, the listed components mixing with mayonnaise and salt, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation; the method specificity is as follows: in the mixture composition one additionally uses ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake that is preliminarily poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling while the components are used at the following expenditure ratio, weight parts: chicken fillet - 416.7; chicken eggs - 91.7; tofu - 59.5; vegetable oil - 17.9; green peas - 32.4; brined cucumbers - 146; potatoes - 152.4-160.7; carrots - 83.6-85.7; cilantro greens - 33.5; pumpkin seeds extraction cake - 15; mayonnaise - 80; salt - 10.4; water till the target product yield is equal to 1000.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
