SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A bone screw has a pointed rod, an axis of which matches with a long axis of the screw, a core which forms the screw rod support and is externally threaded to be fixed in a bone or a bone fragment, and a screw head fixed on the screw rod and provided with an instrument container. The screw rod is made from a plastic material that is substantially transparent to X-rays. The first zone bearing up the load has the first component, and the second zone bearing up the load has the second component. The first zone bearing up the load and the second zone bearing up the load are made from metal or plastic. The first component and the second component are made from the other material than the core. The first component is mounted on the screw head, while the second component is placed on the pointed tip of the rod or between the screw head and the pointed tip to increase the shearing strength of the screw.

EFFECT: invention provides high X-ray transparency in certain screw zones with maintaining functional reliability.
