FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: surgical fixture includes arc-shaped case, orienting device and measurement element. Case has a guide line with rotating longitudinal axis, and allows for reciprocal movement of cylindrical rod-shaped surgical tool through the case. Case is made in the form of flat shaped plate, partially linear and partially arc-shaped. Linear plate part features lengthwise orifice. Guide line is a removable tube with its wall attached rigidly by thread to rod. Thread size does not exceed lengthwise orifice width. Rod passes through lengthwise orifice and can be fixated by a nut. A shelf is attached to upper case end. Shelf plane is perpendicular to flat shaped plate surface and oriented along concave edge of the plate. Shelf edges feature parallel guide lines allowing for reciprocal movement of measurement element through them. Measurement element is made in the form of flexible metal band with measurement notches and lengthwise slit. Orienting device is made in the form of pointed pin passing through a bushing. Bushing is rigidly fixated in the plate perpendicularly to it through orifice in the plate and slit in the flexible metal band. Arc-shaped case has handle attached to convex edge of the case. Longitudinal axes of tube, guide line and bushing are positioned in the same plane.
EFFECT: defining optimum location of bone channels in operations of joint ligament forming from long head tendon of arm biceps, defining optimum spatial orientation of bone channel and firm fixation of bone awl in channel forming process.
