FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: mixer (10) for preparing a dental material comprises a mixing tub (17) and a mixing rotor (16), inlet nozzles (13, 14) of the mixer and an outlet nozzle (15). The mixing rotor is designed to rotate about an axis (A) of rotation of the mixing rotor and comprises at least four levels (21, 22, 23, 24) of mixing blades each of which comprises at least one mixing blade. The levels of the mixing blades are arranged on at least a position of the mixing rotor in the direction parallel with the axis of rotation, and equally spaced from each other. Each of the mixing blades has a thickness in the direction parallel with the axis of rotation. The blade space is related to a blade thickness as at least 2:1.
EFFECT: providing maximum mixing effectiveness with minimum energy consumption which does not depend on the used material, mixing device and mixing parameters.
