SUBSTANCE: dental material dispenser unit (100) comprises a screw driver mechanism (10) for actuating at least one piston (111) for dental material extrusion. The screw driver mechanism (10) comprises a pair of threaded guide screws extending in parallel with a long axis, and a component (20) of a detachable screw assembly. A guide screw thread has the same pitch. The component of a detachable screw assembly comprises a first thread structure (11) and a second thread structure (12). Each of the first and second thread structures (11, 12) is configured to engage the thread of any of the guide screws to form a screw connection between the component of the detachable screw assembly and the guide screws, which is configured to engage any of the guide screws. The first and second thread structures (11, 12) are displaced from each other by approximately ½ thread pitch or a multiple of thread pitches exclusive of approximately ½ thread pitch in the direction parallel with the long axis.
