FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device for facilitating data communication between an automated movement control system and an integrated locomotive safety device includes the following modules, mounted in a housing: central processing unit, wireless modem control, interface conversion and power supply, as well as a motherboard. The central processing unit module includes first and second RS485 interface converters, a memory unit and a processor connected to the interface converters and the memory unit. The interface conversion module includes first and second RS485 interface converters, two CAN interface converters and a control unit. The wireless modem control module includes first and second RS485 interface converters, a galvanically isolated RS232/422 interface converter and a microcontroller. All modules are connected to the motherboard.
EFFECT: high reliability of transmitting data.
