SUBSTANCE: air conditioning system of a vehicle comprises a compressor (9) of the refrigerant, an evaporator (6), an electric heater (10, 12), a temperature sensor (21, 22), a controller (20, 30) of the air conditioner. The controller (20, 30) of the air conditioner is made with the ability to distribute the upper limit electric power to the compressor (9) and the electric heater (10, 12) based on the ratio of the temperature differential upstream (Teva_in-Tof) and temperature differential downstream (Xm-Tof). Where Teva_in is the air temperature at a position upstream of the evaporator (6); Tof is the air temperature between the evaporator (6) and the main part of the heater (10); Xm is the target air temperature at the outlet.
