FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: semi-cylinder target composed of N sectors of contactless sensors is mounted to define differential law of splinters distribution in direction of separation in every echelon of ammunition splinter field proceeding from fixation of coordinates of operated sensors of photoreceiver set in picture plane. Then, weight of splinters is defined. Law of splinters distribution by weight in every echelon of ammunition splinter field is defined. Now, maximum depth of obstacle penetrated by splinter is determined. Proposed device comprises blast chamber, initiator and ammunition, PC, radar velocity metre and semi-cylinder target.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of tests.
