SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components, cutting and blanching potatoes, carrots blanching and cutting, pickled cucumbers cutting, fresh green peas, pouring with fish broth and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake and the listed components with sugar and remaining salt to produce garnish, blanching and grating of ginger and its mixing with the remaining salt, cutting skinned fish fillet, ginger and salt mixture laying and twisting to produce rolls, the rolls, garnish and mayonnaise packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
