SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the mechanisation of flax harvesting. Method of harvesting linen flax is characterised in that the stalks of flax are pulled with simultaneous combing of bolls or without it. The stalks of flax are spread in the tape. The spreading is carried out on the convex compacted soil surface between the aeration channels in the lateral direction. The aeration channels are formed in the direction of the slope of the surface of the flax.
EFFECT: improving quality and reducing losses of flax raw material is ensured.
